Complete Admission Process

After completing all steps, your application will be processed. You will receive confirmation and further instructions via email.

Application Requirements

  1. Completed application form
  2. Personal testimony of faith
  3. Official transcripts from previous institutions
  4. Two letters of recommendation (one pastoral)
  5. Application fee payment evidence
  6. Medical report form

Programs Offered

Certificate Programs

Duration: 6 months to 1 year

30 credit hours

Foundational theological studies for ministry preparation

Diploma Programs

Duration: 1-2 years

60 credit hours

Comprehensive training for ministry leadership

Bachelor's Degree

Duration: 1-2 years

120 credit hours

In-depth theological education and ministry training

Financial Information

UTHECS is committed to making theological education accessible. We offer various financial aid options including scholarships, grants, and payment plans.

Payment Policy

Students will pay 50% of the full tuition at registration, with the remaining payments due in two installments before the end of the first semester. Students who pay in full at registration will receive a 10% discount.
